Rates:
Rates are quoted net in US dollars. Rates are subject to change with or without prior notice.

Tour payment :
We will send you our invoice after make your reservation confirmed and should be accompanied by 50% down payment and full must be settled before start the trip. Our Bank Account:

Cancellations :
For cancellation of the confirmed arrangement, will be charged accordingly.

Guide :
All transfers and tour arrangement inclusive of English speaking guide. Guide specializing in other languages are subject to request and availability while tour cost will be more depending on the place, language and kind of trip.

Traveling permit (Surat jalan) :
All foreigners who visit Papua (Irian Jaya) required to have special permit to enter the region, a passport copy, 2 pieces photo with size 3x4cm + copy of VISA of each participant can be sent to our address a week before your arrival.
