CANCELLATIONS LAND ARRANGEMENT:
Papua Adventure Tours will not charge you cancellation fee for tours and transfers shown in the tariff. However, hotels, restaurant, carriers or contractors may charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or very late notification of cancellation. In such cases we will pass the charges on to you.

GUIDES :
All transfers and tour arrangement inclusive of English speaking guide. Guide specializing in other languages are subject to request and availability while tour cost will be more depending on the place, language and kind of trip.

WHAT TO BRING FOR TREKKING & TOUR

A.    Traveling Permit (Surat Jalan) :
The all foreigners who visit Papua (Irian Jaya) required to have the traveling permit to access into the interior part of Papua (irian Jaya). Please prepare copies of your Passport + Visa and recent photograph with size 3x4cm or 4x6cm (color) of each participant, these document can bring by your and submit us on your arrival of Jayapura airport.

B.    Trekking and Adventure equipments:
We suggest to all participant bring your Sleeping bag, mattress, mosquito net, rain jacket, sleeping sheet, light trekking shoes , sandal, hat, sweater, flash light, tablet against malaria, first aid kids, insect repellent and etc.
